Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Selling Associate for its Chicago Premium Outlets. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Convert returns, offers and promotions into larger sales
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and manage "go-backs"
• Process merchandise for floor readiness and maintain back room and just-in-time (JIT) stock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure availability on the sales floor
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and out-of-stock process
• Execute floorset proficiently and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Assist with back room and under-stock maintenance as needed
• Drive top-line store sales results and increase business through action and productivity
• Maintain focus on bras as the premium product differentiator, building loyalty in line with the "Best at Bras" culture
• Prepare each shift with awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable procedures
• Initiate recovery and replenishment to keep merchandise available for sale
• Adhere to visual merchandising brand standards
• Assist with floor housekeeping and communicate maintenance issues
• Build awareness of loss prevention and support safe working environment
• Demonstrate company values and reinforce store strategy to reduce shrink
• Build loyalty through the Rewards Program

Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $19.25 per hour
