In this dynamic role, you will enhance in-store merchandising efforts to cater to shoppers' desires. This includes constructing eye-catching displays and end caps, reorganizing shelves for product rotation, and carefully monitoring inventory to ensure retail locations and suppliers maximize revenue. • You feel comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• You are at least 18 years old
• You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You possess reliable transportation to and from the work location
• You have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• You are experienced in leading and training others
• You can utilize your smartphone or tablet for recording work after each shift
• You showcase excellent customer service and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, customers, and team members
• You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and tangible results
• You can work independently while also demonstrating effective team leadership skills
