Join the Team Member role at Goodwill Industries of Southeast Wisconsin, Inc.

Starting rate: $15.00 per hour. Refer a friend and earn $250 or more per referral. This role helps change the lives of people with barriers to employment.

• Production Associate – price donations, achieve pricing goals, maximize revenue for the mission, maintain efficient donation flow.
• Donation Attendant – greet donors, accept donations, sort incoming items, deliver excellent customer service.
• Sales Floor Associate – organize sales floor, help customers locate items, provide outstanding customer service and information about Goodwill.
• Cashier – build customer relationships, ring up transactions, explain how purchases help people find jobs.

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer-service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.
