Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that blends business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results, analyze business performance, and deliver best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, while driving efficiency across all store processes. Creative expertise is leveraged through floor set updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. As talent leaders, they recruit, train and develop staff, fostering engagement and growth.
