Retail Inventory Associate – Driver

Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

This position is part-time and offers flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn.

• Drive safely and adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Transport team members to and from inventory events on time.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and qualify for productivity‑based wage increases.
• Represent WIS as an ambassador of Core Values:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude; reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• No degree required; military experience welcome; no prior inventory experience needed.

The role requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, and performing repetitive motions. May involve squatting, kneeling, crouching, ladder use, and lifts up to 25 lbs. May travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
