We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services across our senior living communities. This role offers a sign‑on bonus of $5,000, comprehensive benefits, and a robust mentorship and training program.

• Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents in partnership with physicians, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Provide 24‑hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality care metrics.
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you practice.
• Preferred:
  Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a DON.
• Professional appearance and behavior, excellent written and oral communication.
• A passion for working with seniors and an energetic, flexible personality.
