  - Provide routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising Physician - Provide Family Planning services as requested according to protocol - Provide prenatal services as requested according to protocol
  -Provide care to both a pediatric and adult patient panel
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  - IL License REQUIRED - At least 1 year of experience in primary care as an NP
