The Role
Own the day-to-day heartbeat of the Oberweis brand while helping shape where it’s going. You’ll lead creative campaign planning, manage our content calendar, coordinate social media and email execution, oversee photo and video production, and partner with our agency to drive our influencer strategy all while keeping the bigger brand picture in focus. Starting salary for this role is $75,000- $90,000 annually depending on experience
What You’ll DoCampaign Planning & Execution
- Lead integrated campaign planning for product launches, seasonal promotions, LTOs, and brand moments from brief through post-mortem.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to bring campaigns to life across social, email, web, in-store, and the drive-thru experience
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and on budget
- Own and manage the brand content calendar, aligning across all channels and internal stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day social media post planning, copy direction, and scheduling while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Manage email campaign sends end-to-end, including briefing, review, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep content flowing
Photography & Video Production
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for photo and video shoots, from pre-production planning and shot list development to on-set direction and asset delivery
- Partner with Creative to ensure all visual content meets brand standards and campaign objectives
Influencer Program
- Day-to-day management of Oberweis’s influencer marketing program in partnership with our agency partner
- Align influencer activations with campaign priorities, seasonal moments, and new product launches
- Review content for brand alignment, track performance metrics, and provide reporting and recommendations
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and evolution of Oberweis’s brand strategy, positioning, and messaging
- Build integrated brand and promotional calendars that bring exciting moments to life throughout the year
- Translate consumer insights, market trends, and performance data into actionable strategies
- Assist in naming, positioning, and storytelling around new items
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside Operations, Field Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with external agencies, production partners, and vendors as needed
Insights, Performance & Optimization
- Analyze campaign results across social, email, and digital channels and share actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Track and report on KPIs for brand, digital, and promotional performance
Brand Stewardship
- Serve as a champion for the Oberweis brand voice, personality, and creative standards across every channel and touchpoint
- Help evolve brand guidelines and internal playbooks as the brand grows
Experience & Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, QSR/retail marketing, or CPG brand roles
- Proven experience supporting or leading brand strategy, campaign development, content programming, or product marketing
- Hands-on experience managing social media content calendars, email campaigns, and content production workflows
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing: digital, social, in-store, influencer, and brand activation
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and external agency relationships in fast-paced, high-growth environment

Additional Requirements
- Experience in QSR, beverage, retail, hospitality, or consumer lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, SMS and email platforms
- Experience with influencer platforms or agency-managed influencer programs a plus
- Must be in-office in North Aurora, Illinois
