Survey Project Manager

An award-winning AEC firm with over 50 years of proven success is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead and grow its Surveying Group.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a licensed Professional Land Surveyor seeking long-term stability, influence, and advancement within a respected firm.
The Opportunity
Lead diverse and complex survey projects while managing a high-performing team within a firm built on integrity, quality, and longevity.
Project Types: Boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, DOT plats of highway, topographic surveys, municipal projects, and land development work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and oversee survey team members
- Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Develop detailed budgets and proposals
- Track project costs and maintain financial performance
- Oversee plat preparation and boundary calculations
- Conduct public records research
- Support business development efforts
- Ensure quality control and on-time project delivery
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
- 10+ years of progressive land surveying experience
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Micro Station, and Trimble Business Center
- Experience operating Trimble robotic total stations and GPS equipment
- Proven leadership and project management capability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Over 50 years of continuous operation
