Location:
Madison, WI – relocation assistance provided.
- Manage complex litigation and counsel on potential risk areas such as regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
- Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
- Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
- Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
- Expand responsibilities and leadership opportunities as your knowledge of our rapidly changing industry grows.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Experience managing litigation in the healthcare or related industries.
