• Manage complex litigation and counsel on potential risk areas such as regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Expand responsibilities and leadership opportunities as your knowledge of our rapidly changing industry grows.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Experience managing litigation in the healthcare or related industries.
