About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager to work at our premier client site in Aurora, CO. This is a hybrid role with significant on-site work at client locations, including schools, hospitals, and commercial tenant finish projects. You’ll lead 5-6 active projects at a time, each averaging 90–120 days and valued at up to $4M.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle AV/Construction projects using Procore, Basecamp, and other PM tools.
• Act as a client-facing leader managing relationships with general contractors, IT integrators, electricians, and internal AV teams.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional subcontractor teams and vendors.
• Oversee multiple concurrent installs, timelines, budgets, and quality control standards.
• Travel to project sites across the Denver metro area as needed.
• Manage internal partners across multiple AV technology disciplines without having to "sell" – focus on execution and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in construction, AV, or low-voltage systems.
• Strong understanding of AV systems installation and related construction workflows.
• Experience with Procore, Basecamp, and paper-based PM tracking.
• Comfortable working with general contractors, AV subcontractors, electricians, and IT vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Must be local to the Aurora/Denver area and willing to travel regularly to client sites.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role with strong communication and coordination skills.
