- Providing clinical supervision to staff responsible for delivering services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Overseeing client services and ensuring compliance with established program standards and service delivery objectives
- Auditing client records
- Assisting in interviewing, selecting, evaluating, scheduling and disciplining assigned staff
- Orienting and training staff
- Serving as a resource to assigned staff in identifying and resolving complex case problems
- Assuming client caseload in response to work load or staffing shortages
- Other duties as assigned
- Supervises assigned staff in hospital settings pursuant to a federal grant
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field required
- Current license as LCPC or LCSW in state of hire required
- 3 - 5 years of clinical experience in the treatment of substance abuse with at least 1 year of supervisory experience is required
- Related work experience with program specific population (adolescent/adult) and residential treatment setting required
- Ability to walk and move about the facilities for up to two hours at a time, to monitor and interact with clients
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy, to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, read
- Ability to use a keyboard and video display terminal to receive, retrieve, and/or audit information and data
- Ability to respond to telephones, and to hear and detect alarms and unusual noises
(based on experience and credentials):
Range is between $60,664 - $94,498 annually. Gateway Foundation conducts annual reviews including merit increases.
