We provide our BCBAs with targeted administrative support, to allow you to better focus on your clinical responsibilities. As an ATG BCBA, you will also maintain an individualized development plan, designed around your own professional goals, allowing you to advance within the organization in accordance with your personal values.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assessment and treatment plan development
- Clinical Programming (challenging behavior management, skill acquisition, and data collection strategies)
- On-going evaluation of caregiver/client progress
- Conduct regular in-home team clinic meetings with the Therapist(s) and caregiver(s)
- Provide direct intervention services to clients, as needed
- Provide training and on-going support to caregivers and staff

- MA/MS in Psychology, Education, Special Education or any other related area of study from an accredited institution
- BCBA Certification completed
- 3 + years experience with individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities and mental health disorders
- Experience with severely challenging behaviors and the design and implementation of related assessment and intervention strategies
- Excellent management and clinical skills
- Mastery of ABA principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practices
- Knowledge of effective practice, clinical decision making, outcomes-based intervention, and areas of practice specific to developmental disorders
- Experience working in collaboration with Regional Centers, School Districts, and other agencies extremely valued
- Bilingual skills valued and are highly encouraged to apply
- Valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation
- Proper background check and TB clearance
