Mental Health Worker – Inpatient:
Under RN supervision, assist licensed nursing staff in providing and documenting patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living. Support unit functions, maintain a safe and clean environment, and communicate patient information to supervising RN. Perform clerical duties as assigned and provide basic nursing care for adult and geriatric patients within guidelines of Nursing Structure Standards, hospital policies, and state regulations.

Mental Health Worker – Outpatient:
Under Director of Nursing, RN, and Program Director, carry out activities of daily living program and individual treatment plans for psychiatric patients.

• Must have current and valid license as a Certified Nursing Assistant issued by the State or, if not a CNA, a minimum of one year experience working as a Mental Health Worker in a hospital setting.
• Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Preferred:
  One year prior mental health experience.
• Preferred familiarity with medical and psychological terminology.

Compensation: $16.08–$23.30 per hour (including estimated wages, benefits, and other compensation). Complete compensation determined at hire based on skills, experience, education, credentials, licensure.
