Position Summary: As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will provide individualized, patient-centered care across a range of ages and diagnoses specific to each clinic specialty. Ivy offers a collaborative and growth-oriented environment with autonomy to advance your clinical practice.

• Conduct comprehensive PT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based PT modalities and interventions to promote functional improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Illinois.
