Aurora Mental Health & Recovery is hiring for a Licensed Therapist (Swing Shift) - Crisis Services/WIC (56342). This role supports the Crisis Services team, including a 24/7 Walk-In Clinic (WIC) and a 16-bed Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) for adults.
Base pay range$28.12/hr - $57.03/hr
Schedule and shift details- Fully onsite/in-person
- Wednesday - Saturday Swing Shift 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm
- Day Weekend (Sat, Sun): $2.50/hour
- Swing Weekday (Mon-Thurs): $2.75/hour
- Swing Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun): $3.25/hour
- Rate: 5% of base rate (up to $3,000/year); max amounts prorated for FTE
- Provide clinical services, case management, and education to clients with behavioral health concerns; develop and monitor treatment plans from intake to closure.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and individual, family, and/or group therapy.
- Coordinate care with internal and external professionals; ensure access to needed services.
- Provide clinical case management and crisis intervention as needed.
- Document, write reports, and facilitate timely credentialing with third party payers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver crisis intervention services.
- Master’s degree in a human services field for Licensed Therapist or Doctorate in psychology for Licensed Psychologist.
- At least two years of clinical experience providing care, including individual, family, and/or group therapy.
- Professional licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PSYD) – or equivalent licensure with intent to transfer.
- Colorado licensure required within 30 days of hire if currently licensed out of state.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, DSM-V, and electronic health records; ability to document interactions and respond to crisis situations.
Annual influenza vaccination and negative TB test required before first day of work. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested.
