Licensed Therapist (Swing Shift) - Crisis Services/WIC (56342)

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery is hiring for a Licensed Therapist (Swing Shift) - Crisis Services/WIC (56342). This role supports the Crisis Services team, including a 24/7 Walk-In Clinic (WIC) and a 16-bed Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) for adults.

$28.12/hr - $57.03/hr

• Fully onsite/in-person
• Wednesday - Saturday Swing Shift 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm

• Day Weekend (Sat, Sun): $2.50/hour
• Swing Weekday (Mon-Thurs): $2.75/hour
• Swing Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun): $3.25/hour

• Rate: 5% of base rate (up to $3,000/year); max amounts prorated for FTE

• Provide clinical services, case management, and education to clients with behavioral health concerns; develop and monitor treatment plans from intake to closure.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Coordinate care with internal and external professionals; ensure access to needed services.
• Provide clinical case management and crisis intervention as needed.
• Document, write reports, and facilitate timely credentialing with third party payers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver crisis intervention services.

• Master’s degree in a human services field for Licensed Therapist or Doctorate in psychology for Licensed Psychologist.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing care, including individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Professional licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PSYD) – or equivalent licensure with intent to transfer.
• Colorado licensure required within 30 days of hire if currently licensed out of state.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, DSM-V, and electronic health records; ability to document interactions and respond to crisis situations.

Annual influenza vaccination and negative TB test required before first day of work. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested.
