Psychotherapist Supervisor - $200 per supervisee

Our clinicians focus on evidence-based practices, aiming to increase access to mental health services, especially through telehealth, to serve diverse populations including those in rural areas.

• Practice with autonomy, focusing on patient well-being without corporate interference.
• Build caseloads quickly through internal networking.
• Work within growing teams of therapists and prescribers.
• Participate in regular virtual staffing with prescribers to discuss cases and clinical topics.
• Work remotely with flexible days and hours; team meetings are virtual.
• Compensation is hourly, with medical insurance available for full-time therapists.
• Collaborate actively with psychiatric and counseling providers in a team-based environment.

Job Requirements:

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) with openness to licensing in other states.
• Prior clinical experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient with computers and basic technology.

Compensation: Hourly, $50 - $70 USD
