Operations Finance Leadto join our team to provide plant finance decision support for our manufacturingsitesin
Aurora, IL and Green Bay, WI.The Lead, Plant Finance provides financial decision support for the assigned manufacturing plants and is a key business partner to Plant Management in the Materials Solutions(MS)
Division. The individual's responsibilities are toassistin the maintenance of theplant cost accounting processes and to provide operational/cost accounting analysis in support of plant operations. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, MS Operations.

What You'llDo:

• Provide financial direction to plant management team

• Provide recommendations to improve site performance

• Lead Monthly/Annual Forecasting/Budgeting

• Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with Operational, MS Division and Corporate goals;

• Establish standard costing rates and partner with Operations to update material cost, BOM and

  routings for cost roll

• Be a key partner and advisor regarding the plant budget/forecast and all productivity projects;

• Review/explain variances and how they impact plant performance

• Provide Business/Operations Decision Support

• Provide timely plant results and drive accountability.

• Complete month end close tasks ensuring that financial statements related to the Plant are properly stated and conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), including inventory valuations and reserve amounts

• Provide financial education/training and guidance to non-finance employee

What We Seek:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or cost accounting function

• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Powerpoint

• Microsoft Power BI experience a plus

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic global environment

• Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude

• Strong communication skills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis tonon-financial business partners.

• Compensation: $114,000 - $140,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
