Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is part of our Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs — with benefits that may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to local policy and increases with length of employment.

PositionThe Executive Casino Host is responsible for developing and maintaining valuable relationships with VIP players through marketing measures and exceptional customer service skills.
Essential Responsibilities- Develops relationships with VIP customer base through weekly telemarketing and in-person contact on the casino floor
- Proactively seeks out new business on the casino floor, introducing the benefits of and soliciting enrollment for the Club Hollywood card program
- Devotes significant time being visible and available on the casino floor to meet and greet guests during individual visits and at special events
- Generates revenue through development of accounts and utilizing current databases
- Makes appropriate decisions regarding compliments based on recorded play, earned points, comp availability, and customer profitability
- Applies effective communication skills when interacting with new and assigned customers; achieves departmental sales and growth goals
- Maintains confidentiality regarding customer information and adheres to control procedures to protect sensitive customer and company data
- Maintains all current player accounts by verifying contact information is accurate to ensure database integrity
- Interacts with Casino Operations and other Casino Marketing team members to exchange pertinent guest information
- Provides resolution to guest and operational issues in a calm, professional, and prudent manner
- Must be 21 years of age
- College degree in Marketing or Sales or equivalent industry experience in a similar role
- Ability to speak Thai, Hindi or Vietnamese is preferred
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple activities in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work a varying schedule to reflect business needs
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions, and apply to practical situations using fractions, percentages, measurements, proportions, and problem solving

Starting salary: $75,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience.
