Physical Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Physical Design Engineer:
Die-to-Die Interface (RTL to GDSII).

Key Responsibilities Lead Die-to-Die (D2D) physical implementation and closure from netlist to tapeout Own the full physical design flow (RTL-to-GDSII), including synthesis, floor planning, place-and-route, and sign-off Drive timing and verification, ensuring sign-off quality for complex high-speed designs

Required Qualifications B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in ASIC physical design at advanced nodes (7nm or below) Proficiency in full-chip implementation and high-speed interfaces (D2D, PCIe, HBM, Ser Des)

Experience with EDA tools such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor for implementation and verification Familiarity with automation scripts (Tcl, Python) for physical design methodologies
