Hours:
School days: 7:00am- 12:00pm
Summer (June 8 thru August
1) 8:00am- 1:00pm, Monday thru Thursday
- Collect attendance from teachers for each class period and verify it against the list of students reported absent by parents or guardians. Ensure all records are accurately entered and updated in the Rediker student system.
- Monitor teacher attendance submissions each period and follow up with staff who have not submitted their attendance.
- Contact parents or guardians to confirm and document the reason for any unreported student absences.
- Maintain and update the student database as needed, including adding new students, updating addresses, and inactivating students who withdraw.
- Enter and manage all extracurricular information such as club involvement, athletic participation, service hours, and testing scores (ACT, placement exams, etc.).
- Ensure all data is accurate and up to date for transcripts, reporting, and the graduation program.
- Email honor roll lists to appropriate parishes in January and June.
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide assistance, and direct parents, students, and visitors to the appropriate staff or resources.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Assist students with questions, passes, and general support throughout the school day.
- Monitor Building entry and ensure only approved individuals are allowed entry into the school.
- Check in visitors and late students through our School Check-in system.
- Maintain and file all student records, including registration documents, testing results, and required health records, ensuring files are organized, complete, and up to date.
- Provide basic first aid and care for sick or injured students until further support is available.
- Administer medications to students in accordance with school procedures.
- During the summer months, update and maintain all student records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process and forward graduate records to colleges and other institutions as requested.
- Continue managing student enrollment by registering incoming students and processing withdrawals for those transferring in or out of the school.
- Check current student locks and update lock tags for the new school year.
- Prepare locks and lock tags for incoming freshmen and transfers.
- Hourly $20-$25 (25 hours per week during school year, 20 hours per week in summer)
