Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for the 2026–2027 school year in Aurora, IL! We’re a therapist and women-founded company that began in Washington state and is now also proudly local to Illinois. • Location:East Aurora or West Aurora School District
• Primary Duties:
  • Student evaluations
  • IEP reports and meeting participation
  • Progress monitoring and documentation
  • School-based collaboration and team support

• Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
• NASP certification a plus
• Strong skills in assessments, IEP development, collaboration, and communication
