The Multimedia Production Associate supports learning by strengthening the university’s reputation, support, and sustainability through visual content creation that enables powerful and engaging storytelling.

• Represents Aurora University in the most positive manner with prospective, former and current students, clients, suppliers, and the community we serve. Interacts effectively with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students, and other customers of our service, learns and uses operating practices of the department and Aurora University.

• Handles all information with tact and discretion and recognizes the confidential nature of university business.
• Supports learning through the performance of essential job functions and performing other duties and functions as necessary or as assigned, including voluntary participation in university committees, activities, and events.

• Document key events across campus to use in marketing and communications content.
• Produce content for all areas of the university, including video, graphics, and photography for digital and print materials.
• Film, transcribe, and edit video productions.
• Edit photo and video assignments in a way that elevates the perception of AU.
• Maintain photo and video libraries and file archives.
• Partner with Marketing Communications staff and other departments in talent recruitment, project scheduling, conceptualization, creation, and production.
