Overview
Rush Copley Medical Center, in Aurora, Illinois, part of the Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, invites applications for the position of BC/BE Family Medicine Physician at their Convenient Care location in Aurora. The Convenient Care reserves walk-in patients with minor illnesses and acute injuries, performs school and sports physicals and provides immunizations. On site diagnostic services include CLIA waived lab testing, X-ray and CT.

Position requires 120-130 hours per month, comprised of 12-hour weekday shifts and 9-hour weekend day shifts, which typically includes only three weekend days per month. Candidate must possess strong clinical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and ExpectationsProvide care for walk-in patients with minor illnesses and acute injuries at the Convenient Care location. Perform school and sports physicals and provide immunizations. Utilize on-site diagnostic services as appropriate (CLIA-waived lab testing, X-ray and CT). Maintain high standards of patient-centered care and professional collaboration within the Rush system.
QualificationsBC/BE Family Medicine Physician. Strong clinical skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Compensation and BenefitsPay Range: $265,000 - $345,000. Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects factors such as knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
