Overview

Rush Copley Medical Center, in Aurora, Illinois, part of the Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, invites applications for the position of BC/BE Family Medicine Physician at their Convenient Care location in Aurora. The Convenient Care reserves walk-in patients with minor illnesses and acute injuries, performs school and sports physicals and provides immunizations. On site diagnostic services include CLIA waived lab testing, X-ray and CT.

Position requires 120-130 hours per month, comprised of 12-hour weekday shifts and 9-hour weekend day shifts, which typically includes only three weekend days per month. Candidate must possess strong clinical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Provide care for walk-in patients with minor illnesses and acute injuries at the Convenient Care location. Perform school and sports physicals and provide immunizations. Utilize on-site diagnostic services as appropriate (CLIA-waived lab testing, X-ray and CT). Maintain high standards of patient-centered care and professional collaboration within the Rush system.

BC/BE Family Medicine Physician. Strong clinical skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Pay Range: $265,000 - $345,000. Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects factors such as knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
