Job Title:
Customer Service Agent (CSA-02)
The CSR is responsible for building rapport and trust with Clients by delivering exceptional service consistently. They handle data entry of shipping and receiving information for single and/or multiple customers, support order processing, and ensure efficient operations. Associates must meet performance, safety, and quality objectives and comply with company policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Process and input all customer orders.
- Running and printing shipments from WMS.
- Run stock reports to check for product availability.
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.
- Checking all orders for special requests.
- Expediting orders, tracing as required, notifying customers of activity.
- Follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are met.
- Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying customers as required.
- Handle returned merchandise efficiently and ensure proper credit.
- Maintain positive relationships by responding to inquiries and complaints.
- Act as liaison between warehouse and customer for account administration.
- Ensure accuracy of receiving and shipping documents and maintain records.
- Prepare reports on customer service as required by supervisors.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Operate computer terminal proficiently; enter and verify data accurately and timely.
- Oversee paperwork associated with orders and maintain files.
- Answer phone calls, operate office machines, greet customers and visitors.
- Correspond effectively with customers as required.
- Answer calls cheerfully, route to proper party, take messages.
- Direct visitors to appropriate department, assist drivers at check‑in.
- Cross‑train in other administrative functions if needed.
- Work overtime as dictated by business.
May cross train in other administrative staff functions to support the site.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year experience in Customer Service‑related capacity.
- Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

- Proficient with MS Office Applications.
- WMS functions.

- English (reading, writing, verbal).
- Business writing proficiency.

- Ability to lift 21-50 pounds (reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel).
