Video Production Intern — Summer Internship & Discipleship Program

One Way Ministries’ 10-week internship equips young adults to grow deeply in Christ while using their creative gifts to advance the Gospel. Interns live in community housing, receive intensive discipleship, and gain real ministry experience producing media that reaches the nations.

By leveraging both cutting-edge technologies and time-tested approaches, One Way creates impactful Great Commission media resources and equips believers globally. Additionally, the organization is committed to training and deploying church planters to serve among unreached communities, empowering individuals to share faith and inspire change.

Create compelling, professional-quality video content that activates global prayer and fuels Great Commission engagement. Your work will be viewed worldwide through platforms like Prayercast and other One Way media outlets.

• Plan and execute video projects with the production team
• Gather, compile, edit, and deliver high-quality video content
• Contribute directly to Prayercast videos used globally for prayer and mobilization
• Support client-based projects for ministries and partners
• Collaborate with other media teams to create impactful, Gospel-centered media

• Proficiency in professional editing software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, etc.)
• Strong storytelling instincts and creative vision
• Passion for using video to advance the Gospel and mobilize the Church

• $4,000 stipend
• Housing, two weekly meals, retreat, and program costs fully covered (valued at ~$2,000)
