What We Need:

The Strategic Growth Partner is a commercially minded, revenue‑oriented role designed to amplify the impact of the Multi‑Market Partnerships Business Development team. Working side‑by‑side with the VPBD, this role plays a critical part in shaping partnership strategies, elevating client‑facing narratives, and ensuring the MMP division’s innovations translate into measurable revenue growth across the organization.

While this role includes some coordination elements, its core focus is strategic and outward‑facing. It’s built for someone who thrives in the field, can shape and influence client conversations, and knows how to turn insights, performance data, and market trends into compelling materials that drive sales momentum. You will help scale best practices, strengthen internal alignment, and support the VPBD team in unlocking new partnership opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Generation & Revenue Impact
  • Develop high‑impact sales materials that articulate the value of broadcast radio, media math, attribution insights, and cross‑platform solutions in ways that accelerate deal conversations.
  • Support the VPBD in preparing and delivering strategic pitches, category narratives, and partner‑facing presentations for high‑value opportunities.
  • Translate campaign performance, attribution learnings, and marketplace intelligence into actionable insights that empower Sales and Markets teams to close more business.
