- Produce new middle‑market business (25–500 lives focus)
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
- Lead renewal strategy and client presentations
- Serve as a strategic advisor to CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders
- Help shape carrier relationships and go‑to‑market strategy
You will have operational and marketing support.
