- 8+ years of product management leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering successful products in a growth environment
- Experience in product discovery through market and user research
- Experience managing a team of Product & Designers
- Proficiency with SQL and design / user experience tools (e.g., Figma)
