Accounts Payable; AP Analyst

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is searching for an Accounts Payable Analyst for a mid-sized organization in the Napierville/Aurora, IL area on a contract to hire basis.

Candidate will be able to learn from a tenured team and must be able to toggle between multiple systems and Excel as well as have some AP background.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Data entry
• AP processing
• Data dumps from systems into Excel
• Working with data in Excel (mostly vlookups and some pivottables)
• Aptitude to learn and keep systems working through a manual process
• High volume AP experience is not required, but a thoughtful approach to Excel and systems is helpful!

Candidate should have the following in their background:

• High school diploma and 2+ years of AP experience, or Associate’s degree and 1 year of experience
• AP experience ideally from a distribution or manufacturing background
• Strong Excel and systems experience
• Ability to juggle multiple invoice types
• Prioritization experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
