Store Delivery Driver

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! If you are excited to be out on the open road and want to serve our customers from the outside, a NAPA Delivery Driver is a great opportunity.

• Delivering parts to our customers and developing relationships with them.
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring the stock room is accurately stocked and maintaining inventory.
• Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
• Building long‑term relationships with customers.
• Maintaining the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
• Other duties as needed.

• Love to work independently, enjoy safe driving, and engage with customers face to face.
• Take pride in the work that you do and focus on safety and reliability each day.

• Are a student or retired and want flexible scheduling.

• Agility to reach low and high shelves and the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process returns appropriately.
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups.
• Inspecting and protecting company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Able to be flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License.

This position offers an hourly pay of $19.74 with progression within 12 months.
