WhatYou Will Do
- In this role, you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions.
- Conduct integration and test activities as a member of an Agile Release Train (ART) team.
- Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure.
- Development of automated test scripts and their execution.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues.
- Work in an Agile program environment.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience with systems integration and test for a software product, in an Agile, CI/CD environment including regression testing, test scripting, and/or test automation tools.
- Experience with Integration and Test engineering.
- Experience troubleshooting and/or debugging a software-based system or product.
- Experience with Linux Red Hat, Python, and/or Perl.
- Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment.
- Experience with ground station and satellite domains (such as terrestrial data networking, command and telemetry, launch operations, flight dynamics, mission planning, on-orbit operations), CompTIA Security + or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Experience in Test Automation (Cucumber, Gherkin, Zypher).
- Experience with Java, C++, Python, Linux operating system, Cloud environments; AWS certification is helpful.
The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
