Concrete Laborer based in Colorado paying $22-27 + per diem
Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Construction Technicians to join our team immediately for both local and traveling projects. We specialize in structural and repair work on commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities- Perform concrete repair, demolition, placement, and finishing.
- Conduct waterproofing and apply coatings.
- Engage in formwork and carpentry tasks.
- Replace rebar and install carbon fiber.
- Conduct caulking and manage expansion joints.
- Experience in construction, particularly in concrete work.
- Proficiency in concrete pours, rebar, formwork, epoxy, coating, and finishing.
- Skilled in framing, demolition, carpentry, and using tools like jackhammers.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of commercial construction experience is preferred.
- Experience in farm work, landscaping, concrete work, or other exterior labor environments is acceptable.
- Experience on larger construction sites and familiarity with site safety are advantageous.

Work EnvironmentCandidates will travel following the completion of local projects, with trips lasting up to three weeks. Travel encompasses various locations in Colorado, including Aspen, Telluride, Crested Butte, Vail, and Denver. A daily per diem is provided, with lodging costs covered for locations beyond 70 miles from the shop.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
