Overview
LPR Apprentice Program
After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid-for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.
Benefits and Compensation- Pay Rate from $22-$28
- Offering Per-diem and Travel Pay
- Medical & insurance benefits available
- 40-hour bonus payout and paid holidays after 1 year
- 80-hour bonus payout after 2 years
- 120-hour bonus payout after 5 years
We have upcoming projects in Denver/ Colorado Springs/ Cripple Creek area such as hospitals and high-rise buildings. Be part of our new and innovating projects with the opportunity to stay local or travel out of state.
Be part of LPR's TeamUnder supervision, the ironworker helper is responsible for completing tasks related to structural iron and steel erection and completing the tasks in a timely, quality manner while maintaining safety and productivity.
