Base salary: $70,000 – $110,000;
Total earning potential: $300,000+ with bonuses; $3,000 sign-on bonus for licensed Colorado plumbers

The Licensed Plumber is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing issues. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of closing service sales. The position includes a company-provided vehicle (take-home), paid training, and significant earnings potential.

• Respond promptly to customer service calls and conduct thorough inspections.
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide clear, effective solutions and estimates.
• Install, service, and repair plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and water softeners (licensure required for specific work).
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning in residential and commercial environments, including basements, roofs, and confined spaces.
• Restore job sites to pre-service condition and maintain a clean work environment.
• Prepare invoices, document services rendered, collect payment, and explain service guarantees.
• Maintain productivity by moving efficiently from one service call to the next.

• Active Colorado plumbing license required.
• Minimum 3+ years of residential or commercial repair and service plumbing experience.
• Demonstrated success in recommending and selling plumbing products and services.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, code requirements, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in varied environments including confined spaces, roofs, attics, and basements.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA Excavation Certification (Competent Person Training) within the first year.
