Are you experienced in selling to manufacturing or distribution companies? Do you understand production floors, warehouse operations, and the urgency of keeping lines moving?
We’re hiring a Sales Leader – Manufacturing & Distribution (Light Industrial) to expand our footprint with manufacturing and distribution partners. Our recruiting and operations teams are highly capable and ready to deliver – we need a driven sales professional to generate the demand.

CompensationTotal Compensation: $75,000 – $105,000+
Includes:
- Base salary
- Commission
- Quarterly bonus eligibility
- Annual performance bonus eligibility
This is a performance-driven role with strong upside for someone who consistently builds pipeline. In our industry, there is no real 'closing the deal' as our relationships are ongoing - this sales leader needs to understand that our team's work only begins when paperwork is signed.

Working with a Part-Time Appointment Setter
You’ll work with a team member for 5–10 hours per week who:
- Cold calls target companies
- Sets appointments for you
- Supports prospecting activity
You’ll provide direction, accountability, and alignment to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking ForRequired:
- Proven experience selling to manufacturing and/or distribution companies
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with cold outreach and face-to-face meetings
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive consistent activity
- Leadership mindset and accountability

Required:
- Staffing or recruiting experience (We’ll teach you the industry specifics.)
- In-office when not in the field selling
- Wednesdays remote or in the field (after training)
