YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support sales forecasting of fertilizer products for the USA and Canada.
- Identify, document, and develop new business opportunities, converting their potential into actual sales.
- Maintain internal data within C4C through timely call‑notes submission and related customer data tracking.
- Represent KSNA at industry functions, associations and trade shows fostering and building our relationship to all significant stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agronomy or related Ag field. Masters preferred.
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in fertilizer sales, agronomy, or advisory role.
- Ability to think critically, have a customer orientated mindset.
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication style to effectively communicate at multiple levels with customers, stakeholders, and within the organization.
- Must be self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Understanding of general marketing / merchandising skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products. Understanding of SAP a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% of time.

KSNA seeks an experienced, commercially minded manager with a strong agronomic background to join the team in North America.
Furthermore, and in line with KSNA’s continued growth strategy, this person will report to the President of KSNA and support business development activities across the complete product range. The role will involve daily tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and delivering sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for market monitoring and research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
The role is a remote, home‑based position. Central or Eastern time zones preferred.
