About the PositionPando Telecom is seeking a results-driven, strategic, and hands-on Vice President of Sales, Software to lead revenue growth for our PAR™ platform. This executive will be responsible for accelerating software sales, expanding annual recurring revenue (ARR), and driving adoption across mobile network operators (MNOs), 3POs, and key DAS ecosystem partners.
The VP of Sales, Software will refine and execute the company’s software sales strategy, close high-value enterprise accounts, and position Pando to achieve its three-year target.. This leader must combine executive-level relationship building with tactical deal execution and strategic market focus.
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:Revenue & ARR Growth
- Own and deliver PAR™ software revenue targets.
- Drive execution toward achieving Pando’s 3-year plan.
- Develop and manage a predictable, scalable software sales pipeline.
- Build executive-level relationships across target organizations.
- Bring a data-driven approach to forecasting, tracking, and optimizing lead conversion and pipeline performance.
- Define and optimize pricing, packaging, and positioning for PAR™ and Pando’s Managed Services (Tier 1 & Tier
2). - Develop repeatable sales playbooks and enterprise sales processes.
- Personally lead and close new business opportunities with:
- Mobile Network Operators (MNOs)
- Third-Party Operators (3POs)
- Key DAS partners and enterprise accounts
- Work closely with Product and Operations to ensure customer success and retention.
- Build and scale a high-performing software sales team over time.
- Implement CRM discipline, forecasting processes, and performance metrics.
- Formulate and implement a Marketing strategy that aligns with the features and benefits of PAR™.
- Establish KPIs tied to ARR growth, pipeline velocity, and win rate.
- Experience selling into mobile network operators, telecom infrastructure providers, DAS operators, or adjacent wireless ecosystems.
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software and managed services.
- Experience selling SaaS or recurring-revenue software/service platforms.
- Experience scaling revenue from early-stage growth to structured ARR targets.
- Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to be hands-on.
