Roofing Sales Manager

Kapella Roofing is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Manager interested in joining our industry-leading roofing sales team! We specialize in commercial roofing restoration within Colorado, Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Texas areas. We are a local company and offer a competitive base salary plus override on members on your team! Our top performers earn well over six figures annually!

Primary Job Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and develop sales team and the process for successful sales
• Meet and set weekly and monthly sales goals for the team and individually
• Interactive sales presentations on products and services to the sales team
• Participation in ongoing training on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Previous Commercial Roofing Sales Manager experience
• Roofing team development and training
• Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and problem resolution
• Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
• An articulate individual who thrives in human interaction
• Desire to mentor other employees

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: 110k-185k.+ Performance bonus, overrides, and commission.
• Override on sales team
• Monthly opportunities for performance-based rewards such as sales team contests.
