Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative.
Starting at $26/hr or more with experience Schedule (M - F 8:30am - 5:00pm) Responsibilities- Work hand‑in‑hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind‑the‑scenes sales functions that ensure our customers’ needs are being met.
- Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.
- Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
- Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment & follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented with the ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

PayRange
$21.51 - $34.39 per hour
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
