Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable; offer alternative product options when needed; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company's products and services.
• Maintain safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps; follow procedures for handling merchandise; correct and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions; process member purchases and payments according to policies; operate cash registers; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; resolve member issues; promote the company's products and services; organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items; use cart retrieval equipment; maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and coworkers; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek improvements; and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and possible premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
