The Ups Store is currently seeking a positive, highly motivated self starting store manager with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations while representing The Brand (The Ups Store), opening and closing the center, managing the productivity and world‑class customer service that your team delivers, monitoring cost control and expenses, providing weekly/monthly reports to the franchise owner.
Requires outgoing personality, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a team for peak performance in a retail‑service environment. Other skills required are strong organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, some accounting knowledge, good computer skills with knowledge of Internet applications, Microsoft Word and Excel;
Quick Books knowledge is a plus.
Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50–75+ lbs.
