We provide all the tools you need, including a planned route, to help you succeed on every visit.

• Pay: $18.90 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.
• Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees.

• Display flowers beautifully and maintain immaculate displays.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with store employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments during department resets.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

As part of the hiring process, our company will participate in the E‑Verify process and provide each new employee’s I‑9 information to DHS for verification.
