As a Store Manager, you will take charge of every aspect of the store, leading a dynamic team with energy and enthusiasm from the front lines. Your daily responsibilities will focus on delivering a world‑class customer experience, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Area/District Manager and lead the team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
- Consistently embody and promote the mission and core values of Miniso in every interaction.
- Ensure seamless store execution—customer service, merchandising standards, operational procedures, and sales performance.
- Promote the store’s membership program, encouraging sign‑ups and fostering loyalty.
- Oversee all store operations, including labor management, inventory optimization, and expense control.
- Set and meet sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring, and providing team feedback.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent, conduct performance evaluations, and create career development paths.
- Manage cash‑handling tasks, enforce operating procedures, and ensure a safe environment.
- Serve as the liaison with the Area/District Manager and Human Resources regarding employee performance and relations.
- Operate computers and printers, manage schedules, and keep the store clean and organized.
- Maintain an inviting store environment and align visual displays with company guidelines.
- Plan strategically to boost store presence, increase traffic, and maximize sales performance.
- Resolve issues raised by staff and customers quickly and effectively.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Proven successful experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
- Ability to travel between locations is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related fields is preferred. - 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
USD $18.00 - $30.00 /Hr.
