Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. We offer a generous sign-on bonus and benefits.
$7,000 Sign On Bonus Available!

About the team.
Our Psychiatry Access Clinic (PAC) supports the community in accessing timely psychiatric services. This RN position will also provide support for the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) team.
Salary for this role.
- $35.84 - $43.14 hourly
Bilingual Language Differential Pay.
- 10% of base salary up to a maximum of $6,000/year - The annual maximum amount will be prorated based on full time equivalency (FTE).
- 5% of base salary up to a maximum of $3,000/year - The annual maximum amount will be prorated based on full time equivalency (FTE).

Responsibilities:
- Completing all medical orders and communicating vital patient care information to physician/prescriber.
- Perform nursing interventions for which an RN has been trained.
- Observe, identify and monitor condition of patient, including changes in symptoms, and relate same to appropriate members of the treatment team.
- Administer injections and medications, as required.
- Provide medical case management and other clinical interventions, as appropriate.
- Act as a liaison to outside agencies and providers to ensure continuity of care for patients.
- Provide assistance in crisis intervention, as needed.
- In a timely manner, accurately and completely chart interventions, lab results, medications dispensed, and all activities related to patient interactions according to organization's procedures.
- Complete required education and training in a timely manner.
- Provide information to credentialing, payroll, etc. in a timely manner.
- Monitor and coordinate care for assigned clients in partnership with the other members of the clients' care team.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Preferred: one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Licensure:
Active State of Colorado Registered Nursing License. - Ability to administer medications and injections.
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take directives.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn/utilize an electronic health record.
Required Vaccinations and TB Test.
