Pay Rate Range: $24-28/hr

Sign on Bonus: Full time nights - $3,500;
Full time days - $2,500;
Per diem - $500

Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license
  • Current CPR certification (hands‑on component)
  • TB skin test – 2 step (current within last 12 months)
  • One year prior hands‑on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures
  • Continuing Education required by state
