Shift: Weekend Nights

Pay: $19.10 - $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Provides information, directions, and accommodating varying needs for our customers. This includes but is not limited to patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming requests and/or needs for our customers, including but not limited to patients and visitors.

Oversees the volunteer staff at the information desk.

Establishes good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinates transport assistance as requested or necessary.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Minimum Experience:

2 years of relevant experience.

• IF APPLICABLE: BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
