Pediatric Private Duty RN

Amazing Care Home Health Services – Private Duty Nursing

Pay:

• Base pay range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
• Hourly pay: $33.00 – $38.00 (higher end commensurate with experience, licensure, assignment, availability)
• Sign‑on Bonus:
  Full‑time $2,000 paid at 90 days;
  Part‑time $1,000 paid at 90 days (requirements: 30 hrs/week or 20 hrs/week average in prior 90 days)

Schedule:

• Full‑time: 30 hours or more per week
• Part‑time: 29 hours or per week
• Days, nights, weekends available

Requirements:

• Motivated RN with pediatric home health experience
• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private‑duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records in a web‑based electronic medical records system
