Schedule
  • 12‑hour day shifts
  • Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
RN Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and regulatory requirements
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, including vital signs, lab values, and mental status
  • Identify changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions, including emergency response when necessary
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and evaluate resident care plans
  • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring accurate and timely documentation

    Maintain complete and compliant medical records
  • Uphold company values, ethical standards, and quality of care expectations
RN Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Colorado (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
  • 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post‑acute experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced skilled nursing environment
  • Knowledge of clinical equipment (monitors, infusion devices, drainage systems)
