RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Schedule options include Friday through Sunday or Saturday through Monday

• Charge nurse experience required - will not be considered without this experience

• Trauma Level II experience required

• Work in 11 operating rooms with patient ratios of 2:1

• Utilize Meditech EMR system

• Perform general OR surgeries including Neuro/Spine, CVT, Ortho, GYN, and Robotics procedures

• Night shift coverage includes 1 Charge Nurse and 1 tech in-house plus on-call teams (trauma team, neuro tech, and heart team with 2 RN and 1 CST)

• Must demonstrate flexibility, easy-going personality, and excellent communication skills

• Work with experienced staff of 53 team members

• Access to specialized equipment for various surgical procedures

This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility featuring 11 state-of-the-art operating rooms located on the first floor of the main hospital building. The facility specializes in a wide range of surgical procedures including general surgery, neurosurgery/spine, cardiovascular, orthopedic, gynecological, and robotic surgeries. The medical center maintains Trauma Level II designation and operates with experienced surgical teams providing 24/7 coverage with specialized on-call teams for trauma, neurosurgery, and cardiac procedures.
